This is a little different than my usual bevel. I did a steep bevel on the bottom of the heart. This shows the depth of the layers in the 20,000 year old Alaskan wooly mammoth molar (tooth). This facet showcases the complex striations and colors. At 1 1/4” and thicker than the usual pieces I make, this is quite the statement piece.
